High Positioning Accuracy
The LY-485C visual positioning machine uses two industrial cameras with a resolution of 5 million pixels each, plus Japan-made robotic arm, ensuring the positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm.
High Wrapping Accuracy
The platform’s folded edge is accurately located using a visual manipulator, and the straight line position is then directly conveyed to the molding machine for edging. This approach minimizes operational errors in the synchronous belt and ensures precise alignment during the manufacturing process.
High Precision Base Plate Positioning
The base plate is firmly secured by a rotating cylinder as it is pressed onto the mold, which reduces the chances of error due to the base plate deformation.
Beautiful Appearance
During production and processing, the surface paper is wrapped and glued to the box without any defects such as overflowing glue, weak corrugation, wrinkles, scratches, warped corners, or bubbles.
High Manufacturing Speed
Separate HMI (human machine interface) system with a memory function allows for quick mold changes, easy operation, and high efficiency, contributing to the top manufacturing speed of 10-20 pieces per minute.
Powerful Host Function
The host boasts impressive capabilities, including the ability to position flat cardboard for the inner linings of cases, as well as making two-piece boxes and irregular-shaped boxes.
